Who’s Who:  Lindsey Murdock

Lindsey is also one of the amazing stylists at Mecca Hair & Nail Studio and I have Lindsey to thank for styling my hair and for doing my makeup for the Woman’s World Magazine article.  She literally saved me from a total hair and makeup disaster – so a big thank you to Lindsey for her rock star attributes inside and outside of the gym!!

Take my dog for walks at Bidwell Park

Three things you would ALWAYS find in my fridge:

Eggs, lettuce and bacon.

Something nobody knows about me or would be surprised to know about me:

I grew up riding horses and competing in high school rodeos. I still have a horse I love to ride.

Favorite physical activity outside of NorCal Strength and Conditioning:

I love to do boxing workouts!

Favorite place to eat a Paleo-ish meal in Chico: Tea bar

Song that gets me pumped up for a workout:

Anything Black Eyed Peas!

The last thing you ate:

Handful of nuts.

Proudest accomplishment:

Starting to learn double-unders!

6 Month goal:

Consecutive pull-ups in a workout.

If you could invite ANYBODY (currently alive or not) over for dinner, who would you invite? Why?

My grandparents! They are super fun and make me laugh.
