What can I say about Jo Ann that you don’t already know?  Hmmm…I figured it would be best for her to tell you herself!  One thing I can tell you about her is that she is a joy to have in class.

Something nobody knows about me or would be surprised to know about me:
I used to be a roller figure skater as a child and coached skating in college. One of my students won nationals in 1997 when I coached her.
I also speak Spanish.

Favorite physical activity outside of NorCal Strength and Conditioning:
Wake boarding

Favorite place to eat a Paleo-ish meal in Chico:
Great Harvest (I love the field of greens salad with chicken and w/o croutons)

Song that gets me pumped up for a workout:

NorCal:  climbing the rope (thanks Matt)

Outside the gym: finishing my MA degree in Education Administration while working full time and tending to my family.

6 Month goal:
get back into my pre-baby size

If you could invite ANYBODY (currently alive or not) over for dinner, who would you invite? Why? Mathew McConaughey because I like his movies and he’s nice to look at too!
