This little guy took nine months to grow, develop and say hi to the world. He’s almost 11 months old now and becoming more like his fast twitch dominant dad every day, blessed with those Fragoso genes!
What about his mom? You all saw my post last week congratulating Sarah for getting her Level 1 CrossFit cert and as you’ll see in this post there are many more congrats in order!
Sarah began training with us in February of this year, just a little over 3 months after little Rowan was born. As the mother of 3 boys, she needed to do something for herself and for her body. Now after 7 months of CrossFit she is a completely new woman! Check out these stunning before and after photos!
As you can see there were no excuses with this woman! She dug in, did the work, ate right (protein with every meal and eliminated grains, white sugar and all starchy refined carbs) and got amazing results!
Sarah is also the newest addition to the CrossFit NorCal trainer team! CrossFit has benefited her life tremendously and she now wants to share with others how much fun smart training can be!
