What are a few months? If it’s important to you begin it now!

This little guy took nine months to grow, develop and say hi to the world.  He’s almost 11 months old now and becoming more like his fast twitch dominant dad every day, blessed with those Fragoso genes!

What about his mom?  You all saw my post last week congratulating Sarah for getting her Level 1 CrossFit cert and as you’ll see in this post there are many more congrats in order!

Sarah began training with us in February of this year, just a little over 3 months after little Rowan was born.  As the mother of 3 boys, she needed to do something for herself and for her body. Now after 7 months of CrossFit she is a completely new woman!  Check out these stunning before and after photos!

As you can see there were no excuses with this woman!  She dug in, did the work, ate right (protein with every meal and eliminated grains, white sugar and all starchy refined carbs) and got amazing results!

Sarah is also the newest addition to the CrossFit NorCal trainer team!  CrossFit has benefited her life tremendously and she now wants to share with others how much fun smart training can be!  She’s put in the work, knows what it takes and can help you get the results you want. Are you ready to put in a few months of dedicated action? If it’s important to you begin it now!

  12. Thank you all so much for your support and encouragement and a huge thank you to Rob and Nicki. Words can not express my gratitude….

  13. I just wanted to throw out there how much work and sacrifice this transformation represents. Sarah is a mom and a significant player in Dr. John Fragoso’s screaming-busy chiropractic practice. There were a million opportunities to skip that 6am class, to slide on her food and she held fast.

Something else to keep in mind: As impressive as the physical transformation is,what people do not see is all that Sarah can now DO. The standard bodybuilding/fitness approach involves draconian diets and training schedules that occasionally produce an aesthetic finish, but little to speak of with regards to performance. Sarah, can now KICK ASS. Workouts with 50+ pull-ups. Clean & jerks, rope climbs, box jumps, 400m sprints…Sarah can do all that and more. The training we do is NOT for the weak of character…it is hard work and Sarah was always game, always supportive of her fellow 6am classmates, always ready to work and learn. She’s one of our rare dream clients: Works hard, does what we ask of her. The results just follow from there. Great job girl!!

Sarah, you are such a great example of getting a young body back into shape (great shape, I might add!) in a short time.  All it takes is dedication and desire and the right training program.  Obviously you found it in Crossfit.  The thing that is amazing is it wasn’t hours and hours of training to get there.  I have seen the same people, young and old, going to the gym for years and years and their body doesn’t change.  What does that tell you?

    Way to go!!!
