It’s all day in front of a computer at our desk or behind the wheel of a car.  It’s consistently moving with improper body mechanics or taking load on our body in bad form.  It’s lack of flexibility and nagging overuse injuries.  All of these things and more play into the fact that as we age our movement starts to go down the tubes.
