We’re Made To Do This

We’re Made To Do This

From the day we start gaining balance, toddling around and are able to squat and explore things, we naturally have good squat position.  Check out these kids!  Perfect!

It’s all day in front of a computer at our desk or behind the wheel of a car.  It’s consistently moving with improper body mechanics or taking load on our body in bad form.  It’s lack of flexibility and nagging overuse injuries.  All of these things and more play into the fact that as we age our movement starts to go down the tubes.

So, sit up straight, strengthen weak muscles, loosen tight muscles and let’s get our bodies moving the way they are made to.  If you have questions with regards to stretches or exercises to help correct some of your mobility issues, ask us!  That’s why we are here.

Clairey squats like that all the time! It’s a constant reminder that I, too, once knew the proper form for squatting. Nothing like being schooled by your 15 month old =)
