Welcome Baby Ryder!

If you have been training in the evenings then you most likely have met or seen Cassie H., she until recently was one pregnant bad ass woman. I mean not very many pregnant women hop up on rings and hold L-sits at 5 months pregnant. Impressive! On June 9th Cassie and her husband welcomed Ryder Andrew into their family. Ryder was 8 pounds 10 ounces and was 22 1/2 inches long. Both Cassie and Ryder are doing great, and they are all adjusting well. Cassie says she is loving being a mommy and can’t believe how her whole perspective on life changed the instant he arrived. Congratulations Cassie and Jason and welcome to the family Ryder!
