Today is Veterans Day! A day to honor America’s veterans for their patriotism and their service as well as do a work out in their honor! :) Today’s workout will be: 3 rounds of a 300m run, 11 KTE, 11 burpee push press, and 11 pull ups. A huge thank you to all of our men and women that have and are currently serving our country!
