Update on the Fall Challenge!

So the teams have been made, shirts have been ordered, and “The Hunter and The Farmer” food truck is coming. Next Saturday, October 13th ALL CLASSES WILL BE CANCELLED as we will be having our 1st annual Fall Challenge! Competitors need to be at the gym at 9am for a briefing and the first heat will start at 9:30am. “The Hunter and The Farmer” will be providing us with some awesome food click here to check out the previous blog post and we will have one table set up for Paleo “treats” potluck style……meaning you make your favorite Paleo “treat” and bring it in to share. This is optional as we don’t need 100 different “treats” right? Below you will see a few pictures of some of the movements that will be in the Fall Challenge! Have a great weekend!
