The Spectator Challenge

If you don’t know about The Fall Strength Challenge going on this coming Saturday (October 13th) at Norcal Strength and Conditioning you have either been locked in a dark room for a few weeks or have been wandering around with blinders and ear plugs in…or maybe you have just been so distracted by Matt’s huge calves in his compression socks that you haven’t been able to take anything else in.  Ha!  Just playin’ Matt…sort of! 😉 But really, it’s been plastered all over our blog and social media, so if you’ve missed the info…go back and check it out.

If you participated in or witnessed The Spring Challenge we had then you know how much fun the day is going to be.  It will be sensory overload that you don’t want to end.  You will smell the desire to win as teams battle it out for first place through three tough workouts.  You will see the amazing camaraderie between all participants as they cheer each other on.  You will have the chance to taste amazing things from the paleo food truck delivered to us from “The Hunter and The Farmer”.  Oh and with Mario B. and Chris F. participating, you will hear more grunts, groans and straight up screaming than you would here in a jam-packed childcare facility.  Ha!

I told you…sensory overload.  We are missing one sense though…touch.  That’s where the spectator challenge comes in.  As a spectator, you will have opportunities throughout the day to participate in some “Spectator Challenges” which will be announced throughout the day.  This is a way for you to be able to be a bit more involved, push yourself a bit and find that inner competitor inside of you.

Looking forward to seeing you all at Norcal Strength and Conditioning on Saturday, October 13th at 9:30am when the festivities begin!

        yeah…alot of them!! and don’t get black, it’s slimming. go for the brightest white you can possibly find…with horizontal stripes! 🙂
