Summer Salads

Summer is here! As it heats up in Chico and the markets are full of amazing fresh produce, I tend to want to eat more fresh salads. I’m talking about garden salads, fruit salads, fajita salad, and pretty much any other type of salad you can think of. Check out these salad recipes and feel free to share with us what your favorite summer salad is in the comments section.
