Schedule Changes: Level 1 and Strength Class

This is much like the Olympic lifting class in the sense they both have some prerequisites.  Max week was a huge success in the strength class, I believe everyone present had PR’s (personal records) in everything from dead lifts to chin ups and back squat to dips!  We are looking forward to the start of this next cycle of the strength class it is a great group! 

Speaking of Max week check out Josh F. rocking a 720lbs prowler push and Veronica O. easily pushing 500lbs!

    Love this class, I think we all did. I pr’ed everything, which isn’t saying much (I almost doubled my deadlift)…but I expect to continue with the linear progression…happy it’s at 6:30 this time around, too.

    If anyone is thinking about coming to this, I highly suggest it!
