Saturday’s Fall Challenge

Just a quick little reminder that all Saturday classes are cancelled this week for the Fall Challenge! Competitors need to be at the gym at 9am for the run down, spectators the first heat will start at 9:30am. The Team Shirts are in and at the gym! The Hunter and The Farmer will be providing some amazing paleo friendly food so be sure to bring your cash. Also, be sure to check back on this blog today after 5:30 as we will be updating it with the movement standards and possibly the first workout! :) Let the fun begin!
