Rest vs. Recovery

The Whole 9 just published a blog post on the difference between “Resting” and “Recovery”. This post is a must read for anyone training, and especially people putting in training sessions outside the gym. Running, biking, hiking, late night dance parties, etc… it’s all work. Let’s make sure we’re RECOVERING between workouts.
