I came across this post on Marksdailyapple.com and I posted it here because I feel that most NorCal clients can benefit from reading it. The article provides 17 reasons why your weight loss may be stalled while following the Paleo or Primal Diet.
I have to say that #14 is my favorite because I’ve seen it way too many times! Too many people complain about their lack of progress when it’s simply because their not actually eating Paleo. If you’re eating Paleo plus bread, news flash, that’s not Paleo! Stick to the plan and you’ll see the results.
