Planche Progression and More!

As for the other part of my previous post we have also been working free standing handstands, trying to get a solid 30 seconds (not walking).  So far we have one, Glen C. other than that a few have been able to hold 8-12 seconds (again without moving) in a solid position.  This has been fun stuff to coach as the majority of it is new to me as well.  If you interested in these types of exercises/movements you should really consider the Ido Portal 2 day seminar/workshop we are hosting Saturday 4/30 and Sunday 5/1.  Click here to sign up!
