7am Level 1 and New Strength Cycle

Hey everyone! Just a quick note to let you all know that after multiple requests we are switching the Tuesday 7am Elements class to a Level 1 class. This will start next Tuesday, November 20th! Also, starting on November 20th is the next strength cycle. This class will meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am and 5:30pm.
