Congratulations Shawn Crossley

In Folsom this last weekend, on Sunday, Shawn Crossley took on his second ever triathlon.  Most of you know (or would recognize) Shawn as the guy always hiding out over in the O-lifting corner.  This weekend he went a different route and did great! New Class Times and Dates to Know
