On Ramp Class starting 1/7

We have only a few spots left in the upcoming On Ramp classes. The On Ramp class runs for 4 consecutive weeks starting on January 7th. Click here for more information or to sign up. Also, don’t forget about the NorCal Pound for Pound Throw Down on Saturday, January 19th. This event will be one you do not want to miss! Chrissy Gower has been involved in the CrossFit NorCal community for over five years. She graduated from CSU, Chico with a degree in Liberal Studies and then went on to earn a Masters Degree in Education as well as a teaching credential. In addition to Chrissy’s well rounded education she has also been a competitive athlete and was a member of the Chico State women’s waterski team from 1999-2000. Hey Chrissy! What are the class times for the on ramp? Any evening??
Hi Michelle! Yes we have a 7am class that meets Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays and a 5:30pm class that will meet Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings for 4 consecutive weeks. Unfortunately, both of these classes for January have sold out but we will be posting the February On Ramp classes online towards the end of next week.
