Obstacle Course Saturday’s

At some point in time we have all ran through some sort of obstacle course, whether it be at school, home, military base, or at Norcal.  Seems we all have a kid in us when it comes time for Obstacle Course Saturday’s at Norcal.  The past few Saturday’s I took it upon myself to bring out the kid in every client that showed up to class.  I have had so much fun setting things up and seeing how folks respond to this style workout, and trust me it is a workout!  If you see me on the schedule for a Saturday class you can pretty much guarantee we will be running through an obstacle course of some sort!  Come on out and enjoy yourself! :-)  Check out a few pics from previous Saturday classes!

Shawn draws upon his experience as a State level wrestler and lifelong athlete when constructing programming, be it for his popular group fitness classes or personal training.
