New NorCal Kids Class!

NorCal will be starting our 2nd Kids Class of 2014!! This 6 weeks program offers kids from the ages of 8-13 with the opportunity to get out of the house and into the gym. I couldn’t be more thrilled to work with such a great group of kids this past cycle. Meet Will, Didier, Oliver, Wyatt, Mia and Luciano.

These “kids” are some of the strongest and lively people at NorCal! They’ve pushed hard through this past 6 week program and I’m happy to say that ALL of them have shown huge improvements.  Just to give you an idea of how huge, All of them can climb the rope (a couple of them without using their legs!) and farmers carry more than you.

Here are the details about the next Kids Program. It starts March 17th  and will continue through April 23rd. Our classes meets on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:30 – 4:20. Again, the class is for kids ages 8 – 13 and costs a mere 99$.

If you’re sold on the idea,  you can sign your kid/kids up HERE. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me at Nate@norcalsc.com

Nate Carlascio has participated in athletics the majority of his life. Born and raised in San Jose, he played competitive baseball for over 10 years and volleyball for 3 years. When Nate moved to Chico to attend the CSU, he joined the Chico State Men’s Club Volleyball tea. As an Exercise Physiology major, minoring in Health and Wellness, Nate opted out of competitive sports. While not only striving to further his own skills in the gym, he aims to provide clients with the tools to do the same. Throughout his academic and coaching career, he has committed himself to furthering his intellectual capabilities in health and fitness in order to become the most complete coach possible. Nate graduated from CSU Chico with a BS in Exercise Physiology in 2013. Outside of the gym, he enjoys a number of outdoor activities including backpacking, slack-lining, and pretty much anything else you throw at him. NorCal Strength and Conditioning was a perfect fit for Nate, where he has trained and interned since 2011. Quickly recognizing his passion for training, Nate developed and cultivated his coaching skill under the instruction of many mentors of the NorCal Staff. He draws upon his athletic background and training experience when coaching and his affinity with health and fitness continues to grow.

Meet our other coaches.
