Mobility Class

This week the new mobility class started! The class is on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6:30pm and coached by Justin. If you are someone who can use some help improving your mobility and range of motion this would definitely be a great class to frequent. She graduated from CSU, Chico with a degree in Liberal Studies and then went on to earn a Masters Degree in Education as well as a teaching credential.
