Mark Burns… Triathlete!!

Congratulations Mark Burns! At 55, Mark completed his first Olympic distance triathlon in Napa Valley this month. The race consisted of a 0.93mi swim in Lake Berryessa (a cool 52deg. at the time), a 24.8mi bike in the rolling hills of the valley, and a 6.2mi run to finish it off. Mark was the third oldest competitor racing, but you’d never know it by the way he danced his way across the finish line (Literally!).

Congratulations, again, Mark! Great work!!
