Level 10 Fall Strength Challenge – 11/19/11

It’s that time of year again in Oroville….time to get your strength on…or watch people get their strength on!  Whatever you choose.

WHO: Put on by Level 10 CrossFit.  All proceeds this year go to one of their gym members, Amy Hayse, who has suffered a serious tragedy.  Read more here.  Online donations are also being accepted to help with medical costs and other necessities for the family.

WHAT: The Fall Strength Challenge is an annual strength biased CrossFit competition.  There can be anything from heavy farmers walks to olympic lifting to sandbag runs.  No matter what the events are, it is guaranteed to be a day of fun at the gym with a group of people sweating, setting personal records, and cheering everyone on.  Here is a list of the 3 events (out of 5) that have been revealed up to this point.

WHEN: This coming Saturday, 11/19/11, beginning at 9:00am.  It is an all day event, but you’re welcome to pop in and out as desired.

WHERE: Level 10 CrossFit, 2628 Lincoln Boulevard, Oroville, CA 95966
