Your BEST and WORST WODs

We all have movements or WODs that we either love or fear. I personally love any WOD that has double unders, thrusters, and dead lifts. I thrive on those movements! My most feared WOD includes rope climbs and rowing. Yuck, it could not get any worse for me than that
It is only normal to end up liking the things that come naturally to us. I already know that Andy hates anything that requires him to touch a med ball. Of course his 6’4 stature may have a little something to do with that. Big Los loves any wod with heavy lifting, go figure he’s like a tiny semi. Our infamous Fish Bone loves all diagnostic wods. He is the essence of a competitor who loves to know where he measures up.

After doing crossfit for almost 3 years you learn to HATE any workout that has a name! There also seems to be some myth that if a workout is short its not that bad..... I call Bullshit! Do “Fran” sub 4 minutes and then let me know how you feel. So I guess I would have to say “Fran” is the worst it makes my butt pucker!
Anything with rowing sounds just perfect!
I was the most sick of my life from physical output after shawn’s great idea for a workout at Lvl 2 testing. It was a run with a version of Fran. Not gonna lie, I never want to do that again. I tend to like shorter WODS, pull-ups, dips, and the o-lifts just not too crazy heavy.
i fear/hate 5k and 10k runs! after doing them i actually feel fine....don’t experience/enjoy runner’s high ever. my favorites are probably cindy, fran and 30 muscle-ups for time.
I’m not a big fan of any workouts that have KTE’s. But that’s only because I need to work on them and get that ole core strength going strong.
love love love annie or anything with box jumps, deadlifts, and kb swings. my heart sinks though when i see anything with thrusters and kte.
My favorite workout would be anything with pull ups, air squats, and push press. As for the worst workout...Karen wins the prize! That girl’s a bitch!

DETEST 2k row and the worst invention in the world is Fight Gone Bad. That work out puts me in a shitty mood for DAYS.
I challenge Becka’s post, first of all it is impossible to love fran, especially that much! also i do believe that you rocked the 2k row so you aren’t allowed to not like it! good call on fight gone bad though.. and the pic of strazz.

I’d have to say my faves are Grace and Diane...NOT a fan of long chippers (filthy fifty anyone?) and long runs. And the all time WORST workout ever is FGB.
AMEN sistah! Preach it! the filthy is just that - and Beth, the only OPTION for me is to love Franny. if i did it any other way, i’d be a shivering ball of tears - and that’s BEFORE the workout starts…
Is Strazz OK?
Favorite wods these days: Grace, Diane, anything with oly lifting. Not a fan of runs over 400 meters or wods that include deadlift run combo Although Fran’s a b*tch, you just learn to be okay with the pain. I always think of my favorite crossfit quote. “GET COMFORTABLE WITH BEING UNCOMFORTABLE” - OPT
Natalie, you beat me in more than just Annie:) But I will agree with you that I hate team workouts! I do like the longer medium load workouts...Fight Gone Bad, Kelly, anything with lunges and some back squatting!
I love Grace and the Filthy Fifty! I hate Fran...and pretty much all the rest of the Rx WODS.

Worst WOD....anything that is a TEAM event! Favorite WOD....Annie....it is the only one that I might be able to beat Katie =)
