What’s your nemesis?

Fill in the blank:  You are driving to class and thinking to yourself in the car “I hope we don’t have to do ________ tonight.” What’s the last thing you want your coach to put up on the white board?  Maybe it’s a newer movement that you’ve been struggling with.  Pinpoint that and then work on it.  Turn those weaknesses into favorites and your performance overall will improve.  Go ahead…list what you loathe…20# wall ball anyone?

Ring dips. I’m weak on dips anyway, but holding those squirrely rings together seems to amplifies the difficulty.

Any workout that has to do with rowing! Also, when Nicki is in charge her workouts are always so brutal!

Katie, I was thinking of you when I threw out that 20# wall ball!  I know how much you love that:)

I’m going to have to go with wall balls also… Although maybe with this new attitude I will start to dominate them! Or at least get them in the right general direction as opposed to 3 feet the opposite way

Yeah… I’m going to have to say thrusters.  Awsome exercise, just not my favorite, especially when coupled with pullups and performed in the infamous 21-15-9 repetitions.  I’m of course speaking of the 4 letter F-word --> “ FRAN”.

20 lbs, 10 ft target wall balls are my worst exercise. I can do them but they just look and feel ugly.

Thrusters, definately thrusters.  I don’t like the 20# wall ball either, but I will take that over the 21/15/9 thruster sets any day.
