Our 7 month Paleo Challenge is coming to an end this week. Be sure to get your after photos taken by FRIDAY! We’ve got 15 folks signed up...and I know there are a few more lurking out there (David Howard....where ya’ been?).

The competition has gotten pretty serious these last few weeks as we approached the end of the month. There is nothing like the pressure of baring it all in front of the camera--we all know the camera shows no mercy If I recall correctly there was a little bit of male grooming and perhaps a trip to Tropi-Tana before our last round of photos....

Ever since my first training session with the NorCal SC team three years ago, I have a fond appreciation for exercise and proper diet. I have been around long enough to have seen the evolution NorCal Strength and Conditioning. The crafty staff is always adjusting the training programs as well as their philosophy.
