On Ramp and pull-up pr’s!

We have a great new crew in our On Ramp beginner’s class!  Good movement and decent strength levels.  We will be exposing these folks to our movements and the intensity that defines CrossFit, ultimately getting them up to speed to jump in our ongoing group CrossFit classes.  The fun is just beginning!

Also, we had some max pull-up pr’s tonight!  Great job everyone!

Step one, purchase a spear or bow & arrow of adequate size to hunt for your food in the wild.  We are the modern day hunter and gatherer. During your search for food, please be sure to exclude those animals of domestic domain and small children.  Good luck!  If all else fails eat some nuts!
