Movement mastery

One of the things we take pride in at CrossFit NorCal is our mastery of human movement and our ability to teach fairly technical movements to everyday folks.
There are numerous exercises used within CrossFit programming, many of them profoundly technique oriented and remarkably complex. It is easy enough to follow the workout of the day on your own, but without a solid movement base that is derived from good coaching it is tough to reach your performance potential. There is also the issue of safety. Shoddy coaching can be like learning woodworking from a seven fingered woodshop instructor...you may not come back in one piece!
As the fourth CrossFit affiliate in an ever growing community of affiliates worldwide we have always prided ourselves on our ability to scale movements appropriate to each individual’s needs and aptitude. Fundamentally, we’ve been teaching these movements a long time and are proud to be good at what we do!
