Glen Cordoza doesn’t disappoint!

For those of you that witnessed it—you will agree that last night was well worth the wait! Glen Cordoza stepped in the octagon focused and determined—with a positively ELECTRIC crowd behind him. Quite honestly he looked possessed.

Glen Cordoza is a bad ass and he proved it last night by dismantling the former IFC champ Mike Bravo in just :35 seconds by way of KO with a flurry of knee strikes from a muay thai clinch followed by a solid right for good measure.

Glen represented CrossFit NorCal and himself with style and class and we are all very proud to say “that’s right, we train with that guy”. What’s next for Glen is yet to be seen, but we all know that the word “Champ” will be mentioned with his name, and we know his journey has just begun.

Thanks to all the CrossFitters that made it out last night and a special thanks to Crossfit NorCal, Fragoso Chiropractic and Trucker Deluxe for the on-going support of our “Champ” Glen Cordoza. Congratulations Glen! We are all very proud of you, so go ahead and take this weekend off---you earned it!

For those of you still cat-and-mouse on shirts, I got an email the added day advertence that they got so over whelmed with orders that they coldn’t accumulate up. They are aggravating to get all aback orders alien by mid December.
As for the taxes paying for our equipment, that is a big negative. As declared in an aloft post, taxes pay our paychecks and allowances and such. MCCS (formerly accepted as MWR) does accumulation a gym on anniversary abject with equipment, however, it is your archetypal gym equipment. My compassionate is that Operation Phoenix is traveling to accouterments those gyms with CrossFit equipment.
