CrossFit Qualifiers….Here We Come!

This weekend 8 of our top CrossFit NorCal athletes will head down to Aromas, Ca to compete in the NorCal Regional Qualifiers.

For the last 5 months this group has been preparing for this weekend, both physically and mentally. They will be competing against other top crossfitters in the Northern California region in two work outs on Saturday, May 2nd. After they kick ass on Saturday--they will move on to the final work out on Sunday, May 3rd. The top five male and female finalists will earn a spot in the CrossFit Games, being held in July.

Check out our team: Adam, Fish, Johny, Katie, Fragoso, Vanessa, and Nick....we’re missing Lani! Wish ‘em luck! CrossFit NorCal is going to the ROCK the Qualifiers!

Ever since my first training session with the NorCal SC team three years ago, I have a fond appreciation for exercise and proper diet. I have been around long enough to have seen the evolution NorCal Strength and Conditioning. The crafty staff is always adjusting the training programs as well as their philosophy. Just within the past year or so, many new classes have been created to meet each member’s needs as well as their area of interest too. With all of this stated, I have finally found the class that really has worked for me.
