Before I started at NorCal SC…I was working out 14 hours a week!

I was eating what I had considered to be a healthy diet full of lean meats, fruits, veggies and lots of whole grains.  Despite all of my exercise and ‘healthy’ diet, I had hit a plateau at an unhealthy 185 pounds and was a size 14. 

I was miserable and felt frustrated with my lack of results.  I started going to NorCal SC in April and thanks to the workouts and modifying my diet, I have been able to lose more than 20 pounds and fit comfortably in a size 8 in less than 6 months!  I am thankful for the (unexpected) improvement in my overall health.  I have more energy, find it easier to concentrate at work, fall asleep faster at night and feel more confident in life!  A huge, heartfelt “THANK YOU!!!” to the trainers at NorCal SC--You’re knowledge and support have made this healthier life possible.
