Yummy food doesn’t have to be pop-tarts, if you are bored and lookin’ for somethin’ new...try this:
Here is our favorite Sunday brunch meal. It is super easy to make too!
Sweet Potato Hash
I -package of your favorite ground breakfast sausage
2 -sweet potatoes, uncooked and unpeeled
butter
cinnamon
olive oil
Pour olive oil into pan so that mixture doesn’t stick to pan. Get out your cheese grater and grate your sweet potatoes or yams straight into your large cooking pan. Throw your uncooked ground sausage into the same large pan. Cook all together over med-high heat. That’s right… grease and all! It will take about 10-15 minutes to cook this down. Add butter to taste as needed to give it flavor and crispiness. Sprinkle cinnamon in while cooking.
Eat and enjoy!
FYI- Sweet potatoes are the whitish tan ones, while yams are orange in color!
FYI- butter added to any recepie will create browned crispy effect on food.
FYI- Cinnamon doesn’t mean cinnamon sugar
mmmmm… Natalie let me try some of this the other day. SO SO GOOD! Props lady, i’ll definitely be using this one!
