Saturday Elements Off & Running!

For Karina, Laura, Ashley & Nick, this Saturday started out with a good old fashion butt kickin’. While some of you were still sleeping, a few of them were introduced to the box jump, and they all refined their skills on the rower & kettle bell swing. They ALL did a fantastic job, and when they caught their breath, they even thanked me when they were done! Only Crossfitters!

“A” group WOD was 400m run, 21-15-9 KB swings/box jumps & “B” group was 400m run, 15-12-9 KB swings/box jumps, both finished with a 400m row.

The new Saturday Elements class is every week from 9am-10am. You will be introduced to more of the Crossfit movements, as well as some fun “play days”, but attendance is important to keep this class going. So let’s see you get up & get your Saturday started the Crossfit way!
