First On-Ramp 2010…..Complete!

Let me start by saying WOW what a January!!!  We successfully completed our first evening on-ramp for 2010 with some pretty impressive numbers to say the least!

I would honestly say the group as a whole had great movement, although after praising them as a whole I was told “I bet you would tell a kid that placed last in everything that he’s doing Great!” I laughed, then said to myself “it’s obvious they don’t know me.” grin After getting to know the group we had lots of fun, everyone had a great personality and positive attitude. I really enjoyed the fact that anytime Natalie said “I will walk them through the movement” it meant I had time for a nap.  I would like to personally thank all of you for putting up with us and staying late (every night).....Thanks Natalie!  grin I hope to see you all in an element class in the near future and hope you all had a good time.  Great job to all of you!

I already told you that you’ve met your limit for smiley face use....and what’s this?  Another one in your comment.  Your blog writing days are over Shawn.

hmm… not sure who to side with. Defending Natalie is probably going to result in Shawn making a warmup more heinous than Angie, but defending Shawn might make Natalie program gymnastics moves I’m incapable of or more insults to my derrière. it’s a draw.

Natalie all the way. Excessive use of smiley faces is punishable by flogging in some cultures. I think we should sign up to be one of them. Just kidding Shawn smile smile smile smile smile smile smile smile Well, Mostly. wink

If you join my team of smiley faces it’s free!  That’s right FREE!  Now if you join Natalies “handstand army” she will push her videos on you.  Hits like “Handstands for Dummies” “Handstands with a twist” and last but not least “Handstands in Cookie Dough” smile .....her personal favorite! grin

Beth B wrote on 02/03

umm natalies group has cookie dough? is it gluten free or is this a trick. regardless, im in. natalies army all the way.

oh wait, do we actually need to know how to DO a hspu to be in the army? i can inchworm and bear crawl and sideways jumping jack all day long (I read that cavemen often did the inchworm to outrun their predators, so i never complain), but am still struggling on the hspu.

Uh, I thought these were comments about the class.  wink

Yes, we did rock the “on ramp” as you can see from the improvement in our times.  I hope the rest of my classmates keep it up.  I know it’s helped me get past my plateau and hopefully close to a decent racing weight for the upcoming cycling season.

LOL Berry… cavemen inchworming away from woolly mammoths
