Three years ago when Eric Collins walked through the doors of NorCal Strength and Conditioning he was ready to get in shape.  Like most CrossFitters—for Eric, the work-outs spoke for themselves, and he was soon increasing his intensity and improving strength.  However, what stood out for Eric was the comprehensive approach that NorCal SC encouraged for improving health: quality food, good sleep, AND intense exercise.  As he experienced a shift in his own life he became motivated to pass along the benefits of CrossFit to others.

Eric has been involved in fitness and athletics for over 30 years and participated competitively in baseball, football, soccer, track, and both water and snow skiing.  Most recently he has used his athletic background and CrossFit training to coach his daughter’s cheer squad to a 2nd place title at a State Level competition.

Eric is a local business owner and over the last 11 years he has become adept at teaching complex techniques to his employees.  This ability to breakdown and teach skills brings a high-level of quality to his training sessions with clients. He recognizes the significance of having quality movement—and will work with each client to ensure that success and satisfaction are achieved.

Are you ready to feel the full spectrum of CrossFit?  Come meet with Eric for a fitness evaluation, and see how CrossFit can improve you!
