Most of us here at Norcal Strength and Conditioning are eating or striving to eat primarily a paleo diet…or “caveman” diet.  Now, when I think about cavemen eating I picture the stereotypical big, hairy, naked guy ripping raw meat from a bone with his teeth and crouched down barefoot lapping fresh stream water from his cupped hands. (Ed. Note:  hmmm...this brings back images of Robb W. at the 5 year anniversary party...)

Guest Contributor:  Lance Alldrin

Lance and Luke Alldrin, both regular clients at NorCal SC, took the summer ‘off’ from the gym to head to Alaska.  Sounds like they’ve had a successful season!  To contact Lance--and put an order in for his salmon check out his website alldrinsalmon.com, or shoot !
