2016 is quickly coming to an end, which also means it’s time for a fresh start! This year has been full of ups and downs. A lot of very big accomplishments and goals have been hit and if they haven’t, then now is the time to set goals for the New Year and give it another shot. Whether we are having good days or bad days, the gym is one place where we can escape all that and take our mind off of everything. We are lucky to have such an amazing NorCal family to share these moments with, to help motivate and support each others goals.
