Last week we celebrated Katie Phillips 32nd birthday in Level 1 on Monday.  Let me say it was a barn burner.  Consisting of double unders, thrusters, burpees, ball slams, and kettlebell swings the aftermath was very photo worthy.  The essence of feeling “fresh” was consistent all around when everyone was done.  We even had time to get everyone together for a final photo shoot when the blood and sweat was cleaned up.  Take a look at the photos from the workout.
