For those of you that don’t know, our beloved trainer Nate has been living two lives.  One as a stellar coach at Norcal Strength and Conditioning (obviously) and his secret life as a Chico State Exercise Physiology student.  While we all go home from work and hang out with friends and family or enjoy a nice relaxing meal or go for a walk with our dog, Nate goes home and buries his face in a book, studying for hours.  Okay, that might be a bit of an exaggeration because we all saw him out at the Christmas party and he’s attended some bachelor parties as of late and I know for a fact that he’s taken a few trips to see his family in San Jose… but nevertheless he has been workin’ his butt off for years to accomplish what he did yesterday.  Nate officially took the last test of his college undergraduate career!!  Whoop Whoop!

If you’re lucky enough to be coached by this guy, then you know that his studies already are paying off.  He is a phenomenal coach and one of the nicest, most genuine people I’ve ever met.  I don’t think I’ve ever see that guy without a huge, contagious smile on his face (or is that him “growling” in this next picture)…

When you see Nate next, give him a pat on the back, a high five or a “knucks” and tell him congrats on his achievement.  We’re all super proud of you Nate and so glad that you’re a part of our team/family.  A big Norcal CONGRATULATIONS on graduating to you buddy!
