The beginner O lifting classes on Monday and Wednesday have grown and are really showing the potential of up and coming lifters! If you haven’t ever jumped into one of these classes and are always wondering what is happening in the back corner of the gym, come check them out! They start at 6:30 on Monday and Wednesday. The techniques and new movements that you learn will transfer over to the Elements and Level 1 WODS. It won’t just help your end time either…it will help you stay injury free too!
