New On Ramps Starting 2/24

We have two new On Ramps posted online. Our on ramp classes meets three days a week for four consecutive weeks. Support Kevin Ogar

On January 12th Kevin Ogar was competing at a CrossFit competition in Orange County where he suffered a serious spine injury. Kevin is a coach at CrossFit Unbroken in Colorado.
