New Classes, Schedule Updates, and Reminders!!

You asked for more classes and I am happy to announce that after the first of the year you will have them! Starting Saturday, January 7th we are starting an 8am Elements class, the 9am (currently Elements) will be changed to a Low Intensity class, and the 10am (currently a Low Intensity) will become an Elements class! Cold Season
