    Doing it together!

As a coach watching all of you progress and overcome your challenges in the gym is truly rewarding whether it be your first pull up, or dragging a 200 lb. sled that you didn’t think was possible. Check out a few pictures of clients conquering the NorCal SC 200 lb. sled drag for 400m.  I recently had some private training clients do this as partners as well as the classes do it in groups of 3 or 4. This was no easy task….just ask those who did it! Great job everyone!  Share this...

    Save Silver Dollar BMX!

If you are like me….you might be asking “What the heck is that?” I know what BMX is…however, I honestly have never seen it nor did I know that Chico has one of the premier tracks in Northern California. Silver Dollar BMX is a local, non-profit, volunteer-run BMX track where kids and adults can ride and race. Currently, Silver Dollar BMX is working hard to build a new track. Building this new track is going to take even more volunteers, donations, and sponsors! If you are interested in helping, please click Jeff...

    Saturday’s Paleo Baby Shower Extravaganza!

The workout consisted of a few of these lovely ladies’ favorite movements in the gym: squats, pull ups, ball slams, and push press! To make things a little more interesting if you weren’t one of these above ladies you were to hold/carry a med ball the entire WOD! Here’s how the TEAM WOD went down: 200 m relay (with your med ball of course), 100 slams, 100 pull ups, 200m Team Run, 100 squats, 100 push press, and 150 calories on the rower.
