A Sunday at the park!

This past Sunday Shawn, Kayden, and I went to Wildwood park for a little family fun and to celebrate the soon to arrive addition to our family. In my mind I was expecting just a few people to show up and share some paleo friendly food organized by Sarah Fragoso and Katie Deluca. Instead, we were overwhelmed by NorCals love from our trainers, clients, and their families. I can not even begin to express the overwhelming love and kindness that you all made us feel. The close community that we have at NorCal SC is something special, and you as clients keep proving that over and over again through challenge events to baby showers. I really can not thank all of you enough for making Sunday’s celebration so unforgettably amazing. I assure you all that we will keep you posted on baby “Broccoli’s” arrival!
