I grouped them into what I thought was two evenly matched teams of four.  I didn’t find out how evenly matched they were (skills & competitiveness) until it was finished, but after six events & twenty three minutes of work, only forty one seconds separated the two teams. Each & every one gave their team all they had to give, and by the end of a long week, that’s pretty damn impressive! And when it was all said & done, again each one of them thanked me for kickin’ their ass. Thank you all for showing up. I love this job!
