3..2..1…”I DO!”

To help with pre-wedding jitters…they both showed up to the 7AM class on Friday for one last workout before their wedding. In honor of these two newly weds we made a special wedding WOD: 4 rounds of 400m run and 24 double unders…their wedding date was Saturday 4/24! Of course there had to be a finisher for such a monumental event which consisted of 24 rope climbs as a team! Check out these pictures of Robert and Emily in their pre-wedding workout!
